Walmart MasterCard pin number set up

Update for anyone interested; I called them again today and finally an agent was able to help me. She said the information under my name is incomplete (no address, phone number etc), which is why I was unable to set up a pin. Once she updated the information, I tried again and I was able to set it up with zero issues. I did ask why none of the agents I spoke to on Sunday were able to help me when it was such a simple fix and she said she'll look into it and see if there's a learning opportunity there.

I am an authorized user for my husband's MasterCard. Today I called to activate my card. It was activated just fine and then the agent said he'll transfer me to the automated system to set up my PIN. That's where the problem arose. The automated system prompted me to enter my pin or press # to skip. Since I didn't have a pin yet, I pressed # and then it said it can't help me and disconnected. Second time I called, I entered the pin I wanted to set up. No luck. It said it can't help me and disconnected. I called customer service three times almost begging for a human to help me set up my pin. No luck. All of the agents said I have to go through the automated system. None of them understood that the automated system keeps asking me for my non-existent pin and won't allow me to proceed to set up a new pin. Has anyone had this issue before and how did you go about resolving it?
