We’re looking to get married in either Tuscany or Umbria in 2028 with 100 and would like some guidance on if our ambitions will work within our budget.

What we’re hoping for is pretty standard -

Friday -

Pizza/ pasta party

Saturday -

Breakfast (those on site)

Light lunch (for the wedding party)

Wedding food

3 hrs open bar

Sunday -

Breakfast (those on site)

BBQ & gelato

Potential for Monday if 3 night minimum is required.

In terms of decor we are looking to rely on the beauty of Italy and some small arrangements (this isn’t a priority for us)

We haven’t found our venue yet, so any affordable suggestions would be appreciated. We would like to have as many people stay on site as possible.

Budget - €80K

We will have another smaller budget for dresses, suits, hair and makeup, travel, invites/signage, and other odd bits.

This is our first trip to Japan in oct/nov and would like some recommendations. We’d like to see the key places and are aware a lot of it will be ‘ultra touristy’. We will also have our 8 y/o with us so will need to balance activities.

Our initial plan -

Tokyo - Lake Kawaguchi - Kyoto - Osaka - Hiroshima/Miyajima - Tokyo

We’ll have 15 days (with travel/ half days either side).

We’re thinking -

Tokyo for 4 days/ 3 nights

Lake Kawaguchi for 2 days/ 2 nights

Kyoto for 3 days/ 2 nights

Osaka for 3 days/ 3 nights

Hiroshima for 1 day/ 1 night with Miyajima day trip

Tokyo for 1 day/ 2 nights
