How to deal with jumping?

This is 4 month old Rue. She is a big jumper, I am wondering how you all have managed to kick the habit. She can already reach our counters/stove and I‘m wanting to kick this habit before she’s any taller. Has anyone had any luck? Shes my first giant.

I have been pushing her off the table/counter and giving a firm “NO”, but it’s def not working haha. Does her brain just need to mature some more?

Cats are: Eeyore, Matilda, Fredagain, Rooster, Howard

I’m thinking Coon (short for Racoon), Aru (a-roo) or Dutch but open to literally anything.

CCL Tear Preexisting?

My dog received radiographs for limping last week. They stated her CCL is not torn & no fractures. However they believe it may be a luxating patella, arthritis, or soft tissue injury.

I plan to buy her pet insurance now. If she gets a CCL tear in the future (after 6 month ortho waiting period), will it be considered preexisting?
