do you guys ever feel random waves of grief? just recently (a while ago) after i watched a movie, i started crying and domt even know what triggered it or the reason behind it :( i think i need help but i dont know how to fix this, i cant tell my family because they will just gaslight me to be okay and move on despite the failures i have been healing from. im so close to ending my life :( any advice?
