Incorrect and Missing Invoice
Good day. I was newly hired and the project works on a platform where you cannot see the time you've spent on.
They made 2 option, to process the hours through the platform + 35%, or submit a self tracking form. Since I am new, I did not submit a form and been eyeing for that additional 35%.
Unfortunately when I received the invoice, there is no additional 35% and been missing around 6 hours of total spent time.
I already created a ticket since May 15 and did not received any response. Every Friday, we should receive an invoice, but this last week's Friday, I did not receive anything.
So right now, I am missing 1 invoice and 1 incorrect invoice.
I have made another ticket for the missing invoice. I hope I will receive a reply today, and also the invoice. 🥲
