So Im an internist praciticing in and out of metro manila. I realized na mas onti talaga ang patient pag gen IM compared sa cardio, pulmo, etc. and now syempre after residency I just want to make money. Kasi Ive been living and depending on my parents money long enough 😅.
Nalukungkot ako like sometimes I have 3 to 5 patients in 4hrs pero yung cardio next door parang naka >20 na.
Pag nag veventout ako sa iba MD friend ko answer is always "edi mag subspec ka!". Easier said than done.
Naisip ko lang. Is it possible to shorten once training. Like for example
2 years gen IM then on 3rd year youchoose to branch out on what specialization you want. If not then last 1yr to complete gen IM.
