Booking.com Fraud Charge — No Proper Hotline/Support for Unauthorized Transactions?

My husband’s credit card was used without authorization for a Booking.com reservation.

We already contacted the bank and had the card blocked, but we can’t seem to find a real customer service hotline or fraud department from Booking.com for situations like this.

Most of their support options need an existing booking login or reference number, which we obviously don’t have since the transaction was unauthorized.

Has anyone dealt with something like this before?

Questions:

Is there a direct fraud hotline or email for Booking.com?
Were you able to get the reservation cancelled?
Did the charge eventually get reversed by your bank?
Any tips on how to escalate this faster?
