First fish

I have this 64l heated tank with a growing population of shrimp which I love. I would like to get either one or just a couple of fish to add a bit more personality and viewing pleasure to. I have been looking into maybe getting a male Betta or a couple of fish but I want to make sure they'll be happy I'm this tank and not wipe out my shromps.

Would this tank be ok for a Betta and what options do I have for fish that don't have to be in big groups. I don't fancy a massive bioload that I'll need to keep a close eye on.

Affordable yoga.
