I am not able to activate my jio number it got disconnected 3 days back...how can I get it reactivated . Tried calling n speaking to customer care as I am in UAE...they are asking to travel to india to get this sorted...isnt that so ridiculous at this era of time...all things happen online...Jio is not doing anything to help users abroad..
