False positive for multi-accounting in a PC café – support stuck for 2 months
I got a false positive ban for multi-accounting just because I played from a PC café. I only have one account.
For two months, Faceit support has only sent me copy-paste replies. They refuse to escalate my ticket or review my case properly.
Any advice?
