Hello everyone. There is reportedly a certain document that was removed from the recent release of Gov. files that has been floated around. It is a partially redacted document from the 1980s. Currently it is being floated around with an incorrect captain and more redactions. People who have been sharing that version have had their accounts deleted. Sorry for the quality, but this is a screenshot of that version intentionally. Again look at the information and compare to the other version of the document floating around.
