Might away from one year old
I had a quick look at previous posts and most seem to either wean or be EP and bottle feeding. Baby girl is a year old, co-sleeping and breastfeeding and I need a break. I'm getting my period back, have been dealing with a lot of really heavy life stuff and need a break. One night away. But how?!
She used to take a bottle back when she was tiny but then we nailed BF so we stopped that. I'm worried that to introduce it now would be counterintuitive as she does great with a cup.
What would I do? Pump every few hours? If I build a stash how on earth do I do that - am I not taking milk from that day that she'd use?
She and daddy have a great relationship and he's probably me having a break but I'm still terrified!
