We have to move to Bengaluru, Whitefield area within few months.
We have a 4 yr old son and are Hindi speaking northerners.
Just wondering what all societies have a good percentage of kids. Could be due to proximity to nearby schools or kids park.

My 3.5 yr old was born with a BAV with severe Aortic stenosis which was detected at 2.5 months. 1 day later he had a balloon cath which helped his stenosis reach the moderate state.
Follow ups since then and he has been moderate since then, but slowly moving to the severe state again. Lately, I see him more lethargic than ever, sleepy, not that active. My heart sinks each time I see that.
Since I haven't experienced it first hand, I want to know if we should continue to play active sports with him for just 20-25 mins a day or should we stop doing that considering he gets all sweaty and experiences palpitations/rapid heart rate with occasional instances of chest pain?
I'm a mother so kindly tell me as much as you can about your symptoms so that I can get more nuanced information about this.
