Set up new account, can't pay, phone support reading off script and not helping

Set up a new account yesterday, did have one a while back at different address and used different card and number since then.

I put in card details and clicked save but it somehow glitched and now it's transparent and I cant click on it, removed card from my account, cleaned browser cookies, tried a different browser, tried phone still same, left it overnight and the same, tried it on laptop the same,

I phone customer support and say right away that I have tried on 2 computers, a phone and have cleared the cache/cookies and restarted them, left it overnight.

I get a scripted response of "please try clearing cache/cookies and restarting device, leave it 15 minutes and I assure you it will work

I explain I have already done that, and he literally repeats it, I say it again and he repeats it again.

I understand these are workers in another country on low wages but he didn't want to help me.

Faulty CPAP machine, fixable?

Airsense 10, I broke it about 3 years ago when I had a puppy that knocked it over, it did work but sounded loud and if it had loose plastic inside.

Only last night did I think about repairing it until I thought about leaving one with parents as I visit now and again and been on a few holidays with them and I don't drive so saves me travelling with it as it's awkward, I didn't test it first and removed the base screws thinking I needed to and unclipped the connector and washed the rubber piece that had that credit card shaped circuitboard as it was really dirty.

Put it back on and screws back in, put power on unit and seemed ok, pressed the on button and it made a weak sound and instantly rebooted, then on 2nd attempt it gave error code 006 which shows as a power fault.

I wonder if the motor is broken? I took the whole unit apart and shook out a tiny speck of plastic (likely what the loose plastic sound was), gave the insides a clean put it back together and same thing happened.

Returned an expensive item to a UK retailer almost 3 months ago, retailer denied having received it but tracking at time said delivered, I opened a case and just got a response from my card issuer today that claim is denied as retailer says I never opened a return and I have to give tracking details that show it was signed for to get a refund from them.

I don't know what has happened to the receipt, I normally put them in my drawer but can't find that one, it may of been thrown out by accident, maybe by my mum who loves to clean up when she visits.

I found the email with the QR code on it, how can I get the details from that? I assume I can't go to a Post Office and ask, and would feel weird even asking.
