According to coe third year students, there is a glitch in the software this time which is impacting the grades. Basically, for people who did not give ests/lab/sessionals this time, the final percentage was calculated on the basis of whatever exam they did give. For example, someone got 20/30 in MST, 20/30 in sessional and did not give EST, then technically they should not be graded until their auxi exam. However, this time, they got 66% as their total marks and also got graded.

This increased the grade cuts of every subject. Is this true for other branches/year too?

I’m from a Tier-2 university, have won a national-level hackathon, and have decent technical skills through projects and internships. Yet despite sending countless cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and applications, I haven’t been able to secure any positive responses.

For those working in tech, what networking strategies, communities, or approaches have actually worked for you? Are there any platforms, programs, or tips that helped you break through the noise and connect with the right opportunities?
