I'm not really sure where to ask, but:

I recently got a pretty bad burn pretty much from head to toe last week from being out in the sun with minimal spf (I know). The rest of my sunburn is healing except for this specific part. It's really painful, not like the normal burning sensation you'd expect, it burns a bit but the worst part is the painful and deep (?) cramping feeling I get. It's interfering with my ability to walk and other things like wearing pants. All the typical remedies (aloe, cold compress, pain meds, etc) aren't helping either. Does anyone know what to do about this, or should I go to the doctor?
