Has anyone else dealt with this?
I sold 2 Martin Garrix tickets on StubHub that were purchased on April 23. The issue is that Ticketmaster didn’t allow transfers until 2 days before the event. As soon as transfers became available, I transferred both tickets to the buyer before the delivery deadline.
The buyer never accepted the transfer, and Ticketmaster still showed both tickets as “Transfer Pending” under the buyer’s name. Despite this, StubHub canceled the sale because the buyer reported they didn’t receive the tickets.
I’ve already submitted a dispute with screenshots showing the transfer was sent and remained pending.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation where tickets were transferred on time but the buyer never accepted them? If so, what was the outcome, and did StubHub remove any seller penalties or charges?
