Hi, I recently got a s26 ultra and some galaxy bud pro 4s.

I've got THREE pairs that all have the same issue. The ANC does essentially nothing except adding a hissing sound. Two international versions, one USA version. All from Amazon.

The buds are awesome, but the ANC just doesn't work.

It seems like the ambient mode is stuck 50% on while ANC is on. Very bizarre.

Latest update on the buds. Issue is present when they're connected to my PC too. Resetting the buds doesn't help.
