I just harvested my second flush (120g each kit)

But i think i waited 12hrs too long. The cake was covered in some spots with this black dust. Are they spores or is my cake already dying??

When i grabbed it, it felt quite humid and even picking the mushrooms was quite easy, they kinda crumbled away with some of the substrate.

I soaked These cakes for 10hrs and released extra water, but the pins have not grown in the last 4 days. My first flush sumer up 315g and dried to 30g

Is it worth the second flush or is it gone awry?
