Is this considered old mine elongated cushion?

Hi! My partner wants an old mine, elongated cushion cut. The jeweler told me this is an old mine elongated cushion but the GIA report says it’s Old Mine brilliant.

Ignore the setting, it’s just a placeholder.

Any help here for a novice 😄?
