As asked, more ways to check if your opponent is a bot
I showed a new bot error with the collection system earlier today and someone asked me another way of finding out (this method is likely to be patched quickly)
Here are all the methods I know
Mid-Battle:
Levels are all very similar, between 1 or 2 as least to most.
Real players usually have a wide range of levels compared to bots, which have average levels the exact same as your average levels.
The exact same card placement. For example, Placing Lava Hound in the top-left corner always is a bot move.
Hard counter decks with no variations of levels
Starting/Ending emotes
Bots currently use:
Start: Good luck, or Firecracker heart
End: If won = King shuddering, or Good Game!
If lost = Flag waving, spear goblin tongue
All mid-match emote uses verifies a person as real
King Shuddering is the main giveaway as I have never seen a real player use it, but I have seen real players using the other emotes occasionally.
A name with random capital letters
This is a weird trait which is only used by bots
Seeing a name more than once is also a good sign
If the clan sounds inappropriate, they are likely human
Out of battle:
Weird banner tokens
Appears as having a clan in game but has no clan after further look
Immediately has changed deck after you look at the profile
Collection level is 11
Tournaments entered = 0 and tournament wins /= 0
Unrealistically high amount of wins per arena (patched to look like Clash has real players and isn't a ghost town)
Yeah these are all my findings. Knowing this all my inputs will be taken by Supercell and used to make real players 10% of all matches
If this is being read, I PROMISE NOBODY CARES ABOUT A FEW SECONDS OF LOADING! Remove bots entirely unless using for training arena. Not needed. I will wait 10 seconds if it means I can spend 180 actually caring about the game.
