Aula F75 RMA experience

So I bought an Aula F75 from Amazon back in February. Graywood switches. I overall like the keyboard.

Recently about a couple weeks ago the spacebar started behaving weirdly. It wasn't properly registering the keypresses. I thought let's reseat the switch. Did that and it completely stopped responding. I was pretty confused. Tried one of the spare switches in the box and nothing. I checked the other keys and none of them had this issue. Was pretty disappointed that a barely 3 month old keyboard developed an issue whereas my previous GK61 imported from China has had zero issues in the last 5 years.

Reached out to Aula first over phone and then was told to reach out over email. They called me and first asked me to try a different switch which I said I already had. They then initiated the process. They asked me to first send pics of the box and the keyboard. Then they scheduled a pickup via Delhivery. I packed it in the original box and had some bubble wrap. Pickup happened 2 days later as it was a Saturday. I was told to share a pic or video of me handing it over to the delivery guy. I did that. I live in WB and it seems like they picked the slowest shipping tier. It took 6 days for it to reach Bangalore.

After that they repaired it in a couple days and sent me a video where they tested all the keys pretty thoroughly and also checked the wireless functionality. I emailed them back asking what the issue was. They never responded. Instead they sent me a mail a day later that they had shipped it back using Shadowfax. Had never heard of them and online reviews were not good so I was very apprehensive. This time I received it in 5 days and it's working fine. Would've received earlier but the thing was sitting in their warehouse for one whole day for no reason.

I think areas of improvement would be picking better courier partners or shipping methods and also maybe give a bit more explanation on what was fixed. But overall good experience. I hope the keyboard doesn't have any other issues because second time onwards we have to ship it to them ourselves.

Need headphones recommendation under 10k

Hey folks need a headphone recommendation under 10k.

Here are my requirements:

  1. Sold build quality. My current one , CM MH650 has terrible build quality and has broken apart. I don't use my headphones roughly or anything so it was very surprising. This is the main reason for upgrading.

  2. Absolutely need a mic. It doesn't need to be the best mic or anything but a decent enough mic for Discord/Meetings.

  3. Preferably a USB option.

  4. Decent sound quality of course. I am not exactly an audiophile. And neither am I a competitive gamer. So something that works for single player games and casual music listening.

I originally settled on the Seinheisser HD 569 but I am not entirely sure if it would be the correct choice for a few reasons. One being the design looks very similar to my current headphones so I am worried about durability. Also it probably needs a DAC to get to its full potential and the inline mic might not be as good. Seems to be a general issue with audiophile grade headphones that most don't have mics. And I honestly dont feel like buying a separate mic as I only need one occassionally(but I do need it).

That leaves gaming headphones. But I am not sure which one is the current meta in this price range. Any suggestions?
