Just been tinkering with the Squad Action screen where you can edit player roles, formations, build up and defensive line.

Just went through all the formations in the game, and even though players have CF as a secondary role, no formation in the game changes from ST or AM.

And placing a player with CF as a secondary role displays a red arrow instead of what it should show a yellow one.

This means the player gets -5 in all attributes rather than the -2.
