29 [F4M] I don’t want to become cynical about relationships… anyone else?

29F, Indian techie in Austin. I’ve been seeing someone for about a year, but there’s been very little commitment from the other end and some cheating involved too. At this point, I honestly don’t know where it’s going.
But as I enter my 30s, I really don’t want this experience to make me cold or mechanical about love. I still want butterflies. I want to get excited about someone, have stupidly long conversations, get emotional, get angry, care about things. I don’t want to constantly think about whether I’m being “too available” or “too attached” or follow whatever relationship rulebook the internet has decided on.
I have a pretty good life otherwise — I’m in tech, independent, curious, love deep conversations, trying random things, traveling, art, etc. I think I just miss having an emotional connection and genuine companionship.
Not necessarily looking to jump straight into another relationship. I’d just like to meet someone I actually connect with, talk, hang out occasionally, and see where it goes. I’m okay with something private/non-traditional too.
If you’re somewhere in the same boat, feel free to DM me. :)
