My dog is craning her neck to the left, falling in the same direction, she’s breathing, but her heart is racing. Not crying, letting me touch her neck and massage it. But other than that i’m helpless here, vets isn’t an option because my parents don’t really care enough to take her to the vet and spend the money. I need to know if it’s her time. she’s a 16 year old Jack Russel Terrier.
