Nashorn BR change?

The Nashorn in BR 4 for Enlisted should be moved down to BR 3. It is highly questionable why it is currently placed at BR 4.

Yes, it has a powerful gun, but so does the Dicker Max. The Dicker Max can already penetrate almost every vehicle it faces, so the argument that the Nashorn would have too much firepower at BR 3 does not really hold up.

Furthermore, the Nashorn is open-topped, poor anti infantry optiones, has no rotating turret, almost no armor, and is extremely slow. On top of that, it is a very large target, and its gun has only limited traverse.

Considering all these disadvantages, BR 4 feels too high for the Nashorn, especially when compared to other vehicles at the same battle rating.

Why would anyone choose to play the Nashorn when the Panther and Tiger are available as far better alternatives? Both offer much better protection, greater versatility, and are generally more effective in combat while being in the same BR range.

Even at BR 3, players can choose the Panzer 4, which has significantly better armor and is also much more resistant to attacks from aircraft.

Maybe adding the side-mounted machine guns from War Thunder would help balance the Nashorn a bit. It would at least give it better anti-infantry capabilities.

When New Update?

When do you think the new update will be released? It would make sense if it came out on June 6th, 2026, as it would fit perfectly with Operation Neptune

A few changes that could improve Enlisted

First of all, sorry for the long post/text wall. I’ve been thinking about these things for quite a while and wanted to put all my thoughts into one place. I really enjoy Enlisted and have played it a lot, but over time I started noticing a few issues that, in my opinion, hurt immersion, gameplay flow, and teamwork.

  1. Gray-Zone Tank Camping and Map Size

Gray-zone tank camping is extremely frustrating.

Many maps feel too small and claustrophobic. Larger maps with more players would make battles feel much more immersive and cinematic. If the maps were bigger and more players actually paid attention to enemy tanks and supported their own tanks/spw with infantry, more tank players would probably be willing to move closer to the battlefield instead of sitting safely in the gray zone.

One major reason for this problem is the huge amount of anti-tank equipment currently in the game.

  1. Too Much Anti-Tank Equipment

For a long time now, I’ve felt that too many players and squads are equipped with explosive packs and TNT charges. Regular anti-infantry grenades are barely used anymore, which is honestly a bit sad.

Maybe squads should be limited to only 3 soldiers carrying explosive packs or TNT, with one charge each.

On top of that, AT soldiers have far too much ammo. In my opinion, 2–3 shots per soldier should be enough.

Bazookas and the Panzerschreck (which should also have its protective shield attached) should reload much slower. Right now, the reload speed feels unrealistic. In real life, these weapons were often operated by two-man crews, and the wiring/setup process took time.

The Panzerfaust also shouldn’t be reloadable at all. Instead, soldiers could carry a maximum of 2–3 Panzerfausts with one shot each.

  1. Aircraft and Jets

And then there are the aircraft.

Don’t get me wrong — I don’t have a problem with planes being in the game in general. However, jets absolutely do not belong in Enlisted, in my opinion. They instantly destroy the WW2 atmosphere and immersion.

Instead, larger bombs such as 1000 kg bombs could be added, but aircraft should not be able to endlessly rearm in the air. At the very least, pilots should have to land at an airfield to resupply and rearm.

  1. More Teamplay and Fortifications

It would also be great to see more actual teamwork.

For example, I’d love to see more players building sandbags, Czech hedgehogs, barbed wire, and other fortifications to block narrow roads and chokepoints. That kind of defensive teamwork would make battles feel far more strategic and immersive.

I also think it would be interesting to expand the construction system with more defensive structures. Additional concrete and wooden fortifications, small bunkers (which can be destroyed), field positions, or even dug-in tanks used as static defensive positions could add much more variety and create stronger battlefield atmosphere.

On top of that, each Battle Rating could have access to fitting buildable defenses such as artillery guns, anti-aircraft guns, and machine-gun nests appropriate for their BR level. This would not only improve immersion, but also give engineers a much larger and more meaningful role during battles.

  1. Capturing Enemy Tanks

My last point is that players should be able to capture enemy tanks.

Of course, this would need proper balancing, otherwise one team could suddenly end up with four tanks while the other only has two. Still, if a team manages to capture an enemy vehicle, I honestly think they deserve to keep at least one captured tank alongside their two regular ones.

Anyway, those are just my thoughts. I’d like to hear your opinions and ideas/solutions as well.

And thanks to everyone who made it through this long post — I appreciate you taking the time to read it.

When do you think the next big sale for premium squads of all factions will be, considering the previous years? Do you think old squads will be included again as well? I think there could be another sale on Liberation Day (May 8th)
