Been seeing them a lot recently. Anything goin on with Texas at the moment? Is it Texans leaving, or Californians who moved during covid leaving?

Hey all, in need of help and advice.
Our family dog just passed and my mother wants to get a silhouette of her. I dont live in grand junction but she asked if I could help find her a good reputable shop. Shes worried about the artist being bored or feeling disrespected by asking for such a simple design. I told her not to worry but I do understand where she’s coming from. My mom’s a real cool lady, and wouldn’t be scared off if the shop is grungy. I just want to find a place that will be nice to her, this is a big loss to the family.
Any recommendations are much appreciated.
