Found the coveted RTS schedule

This is the perfect shift for me but its 70 miles and 2hr 15 min away. FML. All the RTS near me is only 4pm-10:30pm

SSD is much better than FC

Im always at the bottom in IB stow. The most they say to me is “work on that takt time” and then i just nod my head and say “ok”. But im pretty sure they say that to everybody. We get no productivity write-ups. My quality is really good though. I get 2 doc positives for being top 10% in dpmo every single month. I also dont have that much TOT. I might go to the bathroom once every period for 6-7 min max. Other than that, im always working.

2 questions on FC Games

I notice everyone else has a random computer generated name on FC Games except for me. Mine shows my login. How do i change this?
How do people get a high rate on the leaderboard as soon as they sign in? Today after coming back from our paid 15 min break, i was the first person to sign in. Leaderboard shows 1 player and its me with a rate of 0. First pod arriving in 55 seconds. About 15 seconds later, i see 3 other people join the leaderboard and their rate is immediately in the 200 range. My rate still shows 0 and the first pod hasnt arrived yet. How are people registering a rate as soon as they sign in? Their pod is already at their station before they sign in?

Are documented positives for stow quality auto generated?

My SSD rolled out MyPerformance in atoz. I see i have a few documented positives for being in the top 10% in dpmo. Are these auto generated if you are in the top 10%? Or do the manager have to do it manually? I notice in one doc positive the manager wrote something, but i dont know who this manager is nor have i talked/seen him before. This guy just made it up lol
