So I have a pole in my very open basement, one big open room with nothing other than my pole, and this weekend I have family coming over for a gathering. Some family members haven’t seen the house yet and I’m worried about if they want to see the basement, they’ll see the pole. (I really don’t want to take it down) The family coming over is very religious and would probably frown upon me having a pole. Does anyone have any good advice on how I could make it seem like a positive thing to have? (Not trying to say that pole isn’t positive because it’s definitely amazing but I just know how a lot of society views it as super sexual)
