Very confused
Background summary: they had right side stroke, hemiplegia complete on left side. No longer walking. completely cognitively downhill since.. Based on these findings, what diagnosis possibility is this consistent with just by reading and please clarify if this is past mild cognitive impairment and what would recommendations be? A second oponion or etc?
Mild generalized volume loss Moderate chronic microvascular ischamic changes Large right hemispheric chronic infarct with extensive encephalomalacia of the right frontal lobe, right parietal lobe, right temporal lobe, and right basal ganglia. Wallerian degeneration is present on the right side.
