I could moving back 1s, ollies were mint, today its like ive never been on a board. I just cant connect to it at all after jumping. HELP.

Yesterday i even did one moving, today i cant spin frontside at all. And i still have a problem with rotating when doing ollies, ESPECIALLY when trying to go high, i can keep it straight with a little air, but when i start getting my legs up more i rotate frontside heavy. Yesterday i also couldnt spin backside at all, today i somehow did a standing b180 (lost it the next try). Why does my board slip out, why do my ollies get fucked when i get them high and why is skating so annoying
