Hims/Hers feels more like a tech company than healthcare now

I know they’re huge and obviously a lot of people use them successfully, but every time I look into Hims/Hers for GLP1s it feels weirdly impersonal. Tons of ads and influencer marketing but then you read customer experiences and it’s people struggling to get responses or stressing about refill timing.

Maybe that’s just what happens once these companies get massive, but tbh healthcare really shouldn’t feel like trying to contact an airline customer service department.
