Aero blaze 3
Are these a good shoe for me, I’m a bigger guy 6’4” 195lbs, and run mainly longer distances 6-8 miles at around a 9-10 minute pace, or shorting distances sometimes of like 2-3 miles at a 7-8 minute pace. I’m pretty causal and just run in the summer since I had the treadmill, hence am looking for a new shoe for this summer. If not y’all have any better recs?
