Where can I ask for a custom made coat/cosplay for a moderate price?
I'm trying to find a place where I can get this coat custom made for a moderate price, all the place I've found are really expensive and I don't how to make it myself, if anyone can recommend me a website or someone I'd be very grateful. I'll try to make the book and the chains myself tho
