Weird symptoms?

I’ve been having stomach issues for years. I’ve only just recently gotten a primary care doctor (due to no health insurance for a long time) and they mentioned GERD and maybe H pylori. But i feel like i don’t have the typical symptoms.

I have nausea, lots of bubble guts, indigestion, bloating, belching, this weird forced yawn to push air out, and then right after the yawn or burp i spit out a lot of acid. I know air coming out after a big yawn is normal but this is SO constant, very forced like my body NEEDS this excess gas out. After a decent amount the of weird yawns I’ll do a big burp and have some relief for a few mins. I get a nasty taste in my mouth. But no heartburn or throat issues.

Diet doesn’t do much nor does stopping eating hours before bed. Sleeping up right helps a tiny amount. About a year ish ago i tried a PPI from an urgent doctor as i was getting desperate for professional help. It helped and im back on the PPI now. Without the PPI i would be spitting up probably cups of acid. At least that’s how it felt. My new doctor is referring me to a GI and then I’ll probably have an endoscopy and colonoscopy.

I’m hoping to get more answers and treatment with the GI but was wondering if anyone here has similar experiences or if anyone thinks it could be something else.

Thank you

Appreciation post for my school

I truly believe my current school is one of the best schools in the country. The most amazing staff and wonderful kids. Every single one of my coworkers is SO nice and caring. I am very grateful :)
