Why might her tail be bent this way?

She has her tail folded like this no matter what position she's in. She's missing her longest tail feathers so it's possible she's over correcting her balance.

Should be concerned or should I wait for her tail feathers to grow back in and see if it corrects?

Is this tail bobbing?

I took this video after about 2 days of continued behavior, but she's been doing this for almost 2 weeks now. She's still active, eating and drinking, and interacting with me and the other budgie. I've also noticed that her chest looks a bit strange and I have no idea why it might be like that (weight loss?? Her crop is messed up??). Her behavior is still normal except she's been a bit friendlier with her cage mates (she usually likes her space, but my mom and I have noticed her preening more with another). She's over a year old so I'd think development's in personality are normal.

I recently got 2 newer budgies (a male over a year old and a female under a year old who is also hormonal) who aren't warmed up to me yet. The male steers clear of me but the female seems to have constant anxiety about me. She'll eat from my hand but then will start breathing fast and panicking a bit afterwards. Is it possible that the budgie in the video could be mimicking the other one?

TLDR: My bird has been breathing like this for 2 weeks, the video was taken after 2 days of the behavior. She has no other symptoms besides the breathing. Is it possible she could be mimicking another female bird?
