Reminiscing about TOG, as one does, and thought about Aelin's tattoos. I recall towards the end of KAO, Rowan gave her a new one, but its the first set of tattoos I'm curious about. Aelin originally had Rowan ink her around the scars on her back from Endovier, but my question is... did those tattoos disappear after she got captured and tortured by Meave & Cairn? All her scars and the stories they carried were erased, but I don't remember if the tattoo remained intact. I imagine they did, as her skin had been replaced time and time again. Not quite sure why I need the confirmation. Oh well. Thanks!
