Hi all,

I ordered a 2021 Model 3 performance CPO on April 11th. They notified me one day before delivery that on 17th of April they found a fault with the HV battery and that it would have to get replaced.

I know the 2021 has battery issues but I figured it’s still under warranty.

In the meantime Tesla mentioned they have no ETA on the replacement HV and I insisted on a loaner that I got a week ago.

They had already sent me the papers for the model 3 and I registered and insured it.

It’s been over a month where there is no ETA on the HV (located in Switzerland). But they mentioned I can keep loaner until it’s ready.

Do I keep waiting with the loaner? Do I look for another car and try to cancel the order? Can they assign me another CPO?
