Context: MOT next week, front wipers are dying. They usually work a few times, then I'll go to trigger them, hear the click but no motion. Motor is fine. 2 garages have said it's the relay but they couldn't work out where it was (and were reluctant to tear down the dash' until they found it).

Question: I cannot find the relay for the wipers. I've looked in my Haynes manual and no luck (unless I am being oblivious). Help??

Edit: I checked both fuse boxes (passenger door and engine bay), no luck. There are relays in there but labeled for different things
