Missed IBM HR confirmation call after receiving offer letter and joining date
I recently received an IBM offer letter, completed the document signing process, and have a joining date of June 22 in Bangalore.
Yesterday I received a call that I believe was from the HR/onboarding team, but unfortunately I was in an area with no network coverage and missed the call. I tried calling back later the same day, but the number did not answer.
I only have the phone number that called me and don’t currently have a direct HR email contact.
Has anyone experienced something similar with IBM onboarding? Will they usually call back or send an email if they need something? Since the offer letter is already signed and the joining date is confirmed, I’m wondering if this was just a routine onboarding call.
