I have been seeing this guy for 6 months and it started as a “talking stage” with the goal to end up in a relationship. However, about 2 months ago he ended things because he felt like he wasn’t in a place to be in a relationship and he didn’t want to hold me back. I was devastated because I have fallen in love with him. After about 10 days of no-contact, he reached out to me telling me he misses me and doesn’t want to lose me in his life, but if I feel like continuing to be in contact holds me back he understands. I was extremely excited to be talking to him so I have been in contact with him ever since, despite my pain with knowing he will never commit to me. We have slept together a few times since and whenever we’re together everything’s amazing, but he’s kind of distant over text. We don’t talk much anymore but then sometimes he’ll randomly send me an instagram reel or text me to come sleep over at his place. I kind of know this is bad for me but I am having a really hard time letting him go. I need some advice pleaseee
