Is this normal for a week old navel piercing?

Is this normal? Got it a week ago. Pics are me laying, standing , and from a side angle.

I see dry crusties and small , thick white things when I look down at the holes. It’s def not pus tho.

It doesn’t hurt and I don’t feel it. No pus, foul odor or redness. I clean 2x a day ( day and night) with NeilMed sterile saline solution, I wear baggy clothes and I don’t touch it. In the shower I let antibacterial soap and water run over it , then I spray it with saline solution and dry on cool with blowdrier far away. I sleep on my back as well. I’m pretty sure it’s a curved bar. I’m unsure of metal type.
