Is this a good shot? [Delonghi Dedica + Encore ESP]
I’ve been trying to dial in my Delonghi Dedica, using Baratza Encore ESP as grinder. I’m griding at 8 right now, but I think it is too much that the coffee machine is struggling to get it out. What do you think? It should go faster?
