I order 13 packs of seeds over a month ago. Shortly after I placed that order, I emailed them I had emailed them about making a large purchase of a couple thousand dollars, but didn’t hear anything back. So I went ahead and placed order 23852 for an additional 12 packs of seeds. It took me a month just to get the tracking number for my first order and I’ve yet to receive any information about my second order or responses to my more recent emails. I thought the lack of communication and tracking for my first order was a fluke but from what I read here and my experience, I guess it’s not.

Additionally the website says free shipping for order of my size but it still charges me for shipping. I’ve emailed speedrun about this and have not heard anything back. I spend thousands of dollars on Seeds a year and am genuinely stoked to be running some of their gear to see how they do in our more harsh coastal British Columbia environment, but I’m worried I’m going to miss my planting window here.

I’m not sure if I should just cut my losses at this point and order other genetics from breeders/banks that I know will deliver as promised. When I’ve experienced things similar with other companies usually their genetic reflect the same lack of attention. I want to be wrong about speedrun. I would’ve gladly given them a couple more thousand dollars have they gotten back to me but i’m starting to feel I’m glad I didn’t.

Any info would be appreciated as I’ve tried email and text to no avail.

100 year-old logging boom chain, overgrown by an old growth maple

I live on a remote off grid Island in BC called Lasqueti and caretake a piece of property for cabin owners that is a couple hundred acres of old growth and second growth forest. This is one of the coolest finds that I’ve come across.
