Hi everyone,

I’d really appreciate honest feedback on my case and strategy before I commit to a second transplant.

Background

30 years old , Norwood 6, stable for years

First transplant ~4 years ago (front/mid) ~3200 grafts

I experienced some donor shock loss back then → I consider my donor fragile/limited

Hair type: curly (type 3)

Current situation (photos attached)

Before and after first HT

Medical treatment (14+ months)

Topical finasteride daily

Minoxidil daily

Donor situation

Limited and previously stressed

I estimate around 2500 grafts total remaining (scalp + beard possible)

What donyou recommand ? What do you think of the result .. ?

did you have anither choices for my cases ? What do you think of the result .. ?

Main concerns

Donor safety (very important after previous shock loss)

Achieving a convincing illusion in the crown (not just light coverage)

Avoiding a patchy or see-through resultt

Doctors I’m considering

Dr. Turan → more consistent results, but extraction by team (motorized) worries me due to my donor

Dr. Michalis → does everything himself (manual extraction), which feels safer for donor, but I’ve seen some weaker density results

HLC wants me to sign a waiver for the crownn
