Hello! Im looking for a furnished room from May (negotiable) to July 20th for summer internship. I rarely cook and keep the house tidy. Preferred location is downtown, SLU, first hill, belltown, UW (close to light rail station). Budget is ~$1,800 but willing to pay more if its reasonable.
