I’m visiting my bf for a few weeks and a new neighbor moved into the unit next to him about a week ago. I’ve not seen the actual people that moved in but I can hear their two dogs barking for hours on end. Last night they were barking nonstop from ~9pm-midnight. And started again this morning at 6am and still barking. They just moved in so it’s not something that’s been ongoing to the point of escalating but I feel bad that the dogs are clearly left alone in a 1bd apartment for hours. So what would you do?
