Hi everyone! I’m preparing my I140 petition with Chen, and they just sent me some of the support letters. My supervisor is one of the signers, and she said the letter is “terrible”, as “it says the same stuff in 3 different ways and is also short”. Letter is around 1 page. Lawyers said they have to be concise.

I fully trust Chen as they have a lot of experience in academia cases and they gave me approval or refund, I am aware of their templates forms and that’s perfectly fine if my petition is successful. However, my boss has seen a lot of letters like this and I got concerned.

For reference, I have PhD in cancer biology (outside US), 10 articles and 237 citations. They gave me approval or refund. I am from ROW.
