Probation in 2 counties

I was just sentenced to 3 years probation while currently serving 2 years of probation in a different county. I have not been complying with the conditions of my current probation for a whole year as I have been battling addiction and failing my UA’s. My PO’s been working with me the best he can, but I believe he’s reached the end of his patience with me. Expecting revocation/ possible warrant before or at our next meeting.

I have just been sentenced for a case that happened before the charges I’m currently on probation for, so no aggravating circumstances and no violations. I was told that I can transfer my existing probation to the county my probation was just sentenced in because it’s a lot closer to my house and only a 30 min bus ride as opposed to a 2.5 hour one. My current PO mentioned this a while ago before i was sentenced in this case and before i completely fucked up every chance he gave me.

Questions
1: will I still be eligible for transfer if I’m failing to comply with my current terms of probation?

2: I’m under the impression my two sentences would run concurrent with each other. This means I would only be serving the 3 year sentence as the 2 year sentence would be running at the same time.
Does that mean failing to comply could result in a combination of both original sentences being imposed? (3-5 years DOC for both) or just the one sentence I’m being transferred to?
