I cleared all my backlogs today but couldn't see my 8th semester grade card and CGPA in ktu student site. Does anyone who had backlogs and cleared it after their passout year know about this?

P.S. How do you get the provisional certificate and also how long does the original certificate take? Also does it come to your address or do we have to collect it?
